Established in 2022 Pembrooke Property Services provides more than 22 years of experience in Landscaping, Athletic Field Lining, and Property Rentals. Our primary service area for for landscaping and property rentals is Annville, Hershey and Palmyra. Athletic field lining services are offered across Central Pennsylvania.

Our Story

Pembrooke Property Services approaches every job with customer satisfaction in mind. We will work with the customer to ensure that there project is #1 on our list and that their expectations are met when the work is completed. We use top quality products to ensure longevity in our work, while keeping the customers budget in mind. Our goal is to gain customers for a lifetime.

Brad started landscaping during his sophmore year of high school working in the summers for a local landscape company. Following the completion of a four year degree at Penn State he returned to help manage the regions premier indoor/outdoor sports facility where he supervised all landscaping and athletic field maintenance responsibilities across the 30 acre facility. Driven by perfection he decided to open Pembrooke Property Services in 2022 to provide landscaping services and Athletic field lining to the Central Pennsylvania region.
